    Hi
    Ja_teline_iv quick start package for Joomla 2.5 is missing a file config.php.Hence unable to view the front end. I have tried replicating the old config.php and made some changes with the new information. still having issues still unable to view the front end. can anyone help. Thank you.

    When you’re on the last step of the installation process, sometimes the dialogue – under the “remove installation folder” button – prompts you to create the configuration.php file. Is/Was this not the case during your installation, and perhaps you missed it?

    Hi
    When i reached at the last screen and tried to remove the installation folder it gives the message ERROR. So I am unable to remove the installation folder and hence create the config.php. I tried to remove it manually and manually created the config.php but unable to solve the issue. Please advise. Thank you.

    How many times have you attempted the installation process – from scratch (i.e. wiping the slate clean)?

    Also, what method are you using to upload your template files to your server?

    i have tried 5 or 6 times and i am installing it via web interface. I am transferring files via FTP.

    Is there a file called web.config.txt within your Teline IV template files that you download – before you upload to your server?

    yes this file is in the root of ja_teline_iv folder and also in the root directory of the site where telineiv is installed.

    Hi waheedt3,

    The configuration file is created at the end of install process so the Ja_teline_iv quickstart package is not missing it, you can provide me your url, the admin account, the FTP Info into the ticket of LTX-447-94395 I then will have a further checking for you.
