I need some information regarding the ja_xenia template. I havent found any links to download this template here?
What happens? Also I founded something using google, but I got this error after instalation,, restricted acces”

Hi .. You have to be a member to dl that template as it’s not a free one, if you found a pirate copy via google and you have problems . . . what do you expect?

It’s not expensive to join ja about 70 US for a year and you get legal access to something like 85 templates? like that’s less than 90 cents a template plus support?

So that is the reason for the error? I want to be 100% sure regarding that before I will became a licensed memeber. The template is in the download zone for licensed members. Can anyone confirm this for me?

I have no idea why the error, once you join you will be able to show us your web site and we can test many aspects of it, also as a member you can get answers from the develop of the template. Maybe with a updated xenia quickstart purchased from JA you may not get the same error.

Anyway without being a member, and having access to the correct member forum. I cannot answer your question. Maybe I’m thinking if I give you the answers you’ll never join and just use the pirated copy.

I’f I dont know for sure if I can found my template in the downloads zone I could not pay for something I dont need.

Mate you have been told why we cannot help you, you have not brought the template but pirated it from an internet source. Then you came here and ask for help. Buy the template here and you will get access to the support areas and help.

That’s how it works.
The other option is to ask for help from the source of the pirated copy, they probably have a forum on all Joomlart products.

Mate, I only asked for a confirmation if the template is in the downloads zone or not ? Do you understand that?
I intend to became a licensed members if the template is here. If not I cant spend my money on something I dont need.

I dont use and I dont like pirated things
