February 21, 2018 at 10:06 am #1092958I am experiencing the same issue on all sites using JA Builder, when checking in Chrome, I am able to see the issue is due to JA Builder being unable to pull down a script needed to load:

Failed to load https://themepro.com/builder/?action=loadData&provider=joomlart&site=j49b652a599fd3-4c6c69783df02&osite=75290406701bb8cdcba9dbeef1e48bda&page=e5a5f866e9d8e&layout=1e8c4275d9d2b: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https://*********.co.uk‘ is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 500.
I feel as though this is poor planning as all users of JA Builder are now unable to use it until this issue has been resolved, surely there should be a way to use it in the event that this script is unable to load.
I am hoping the developers are on the case and getting this sorted quickly
