No, this Tab is not in the JA ACM but load module position is working with JA ACM.
I just tested it on my localhost and its working fine: http://prntscr.com/dqulie
Kindly check you are adding the load module position tag in the article correctly and the module is assigned to all pages.
If still problem, i need to check it on your site.
