Hello,
I have installed the newest Norite template but can’t figure out why I can’t see either JAComment for K2 nor the JA Disqus Debate Echo Plugin in my plugin manager. Also in the demo pages I can’t see the comment fields under the respective articles.
I thought that it was already implemented in the template?I have attached a screenshot off my plugin manager, which might help.
Maybe you can have a quick look. Thanks!

October 5, 2010 at 10:06 pm #357848It seems not all the JA_Comment files are included in the current download. I will report this and ask if it should be.

October 7, 2010 at 11:07 am #358053I’ve just had confirmation that the JA_Comment plugin is available to JAEC club members and Developer members. Standard membership does not include access to all the available extensions.
October 7, 2010 at 11:37 am #358055Thanks Phil for clarifying!
I was just wondering because it was nowhere mentioned, or did I maybe just missed it somewhere?
In JASocial userguide for instance it was clearly written that JomSocial has to be purchased from http://www.azrul.com/
But here it wasn’t written anywhere.
As I am a Joomla Newbie I would appreciate if you could answer following 2 questions:1. What is the step-by-step procudure to achieve the comment fields as seen on your demo site under “K2 item” for instance ?
2. How can I use the already existing K2 comments module (see screenshot)? Is it useful at all without purchasing the actual JAcomment plugin? Thanks in advance!

October 7, 2010 at 12:24 pm #358057I’ve not really used K2 much so cannot help there. Have a look at JA Social and the disqus plugin tha comes with that. Not to everyones taste but will do what you want. Your other option would be to join the JAEC club where you will be able to download the JA Comment extension and a whole lot of other great ones too.
October 11, 2010 at 8:19 pm #358493Thanks Phil.
I have joined JAEC Club and successfully installed JAcomment. It works fine! Thanks!
2 more questions though:
1. How do I integrate them in the jatabs2 module? See screenshot.
2. And in which file do I find and translate the “sort by”, “date” and “rate” words? See 2nd screenshot.Cheers!

October 12, 2010 at 6:35 am #358575Hi,
Please see my comments as below
1. How do I integrate them in the jatabs2 module? See screenshot.
>> I am afraid that we do not support this customization. You can post this on Joomlancers.com, a reliable freelance portal for CMS project, another network of JoomlArt for further help.2. And in which file do I find and translate the “sort by”, “date” and “rate” words? See 2nd screenshot.
>> You can find these words via: YOUR SITElanguageen-GBen-GB.com_jacomment.iniOctober 12, 2010 at 12:48 pm #358628Thanks for your replies and sorry for asking one more thing.
I just found this post http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-comment-in-k2/ .
What exactly is this for? Might this be a solution for me?Thanks!

This instruction is only used for com_k2.
Please send me the link you would like to integrate into jatab2 for further advice.
