Just installed “quickinstall” ja elastica with template, component extmgr, and plug-in jat3 v2.5.5.
Using joomla v2.5.7

XAMPP Control Panel v3.1.0.3.1.0
Apache v2.4.3
MySQL v5.2.7
Mercury/32 v4.6.2
PHP v5.4.7
phpMyAdmin v3.5.2.2
TomCat (Attempting to start Tomcat app…) NOT ACTIVE
