    Hi
    Add below code in custom.css file and change the color and opacity value as per needs.

    .jamasshead .mask {
        background: #000000;
        position: absolute;
        top: 0;
        left: 0;
        height: 100%;
        width: 100%;
        z-index: 5;
        opacity: 0.6;
        filter: alpha(opacity=60);
    }

    Original source of the style code is /templates/ja_hotel/css/template.css
