I am a bit frustrated as I have opened up two tickets in 4 weeks on this and other then a automated note telling me that it has been recorded nothing has happened.

We are using JALINEIV, using what I think it called the quickstart package. Extremely helpful and very good for new folks.

We have run into a road block and not sure how to remedy the situation.
We are using K2 and have set up the top drop down menu successfully, put in our categories and menus. Everything works fine with the template until you click on a section in the middle of the template JA1. When you click on a section what returns is the top of the page but the category articles do not appear.

What we are looking for is to have it return what it does in the JALINE IV demo. Example: you click on SPORTS in the middle of the template and what is returned is articles for SPORTS. What are we doing incorrectly and what do we need to do to remedy this. We were going live next week but with this showstopper there is not a way to achieve that deadline at this point.

any help at this point would be extremely helpful.

    Thanks so much.

Just as a suggestion …. have you tried checking your settings/configurations against that of the demo version via utilizing JA’s [URL=http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/use-jas-demo-builder-as-a-learning-tool/

Extremely useful Tom. The technical support people came on last night and fixed it, but honestly I never knew that the demo builder was for us to use. This is a GREAT!! tool, I will use it as I go on this.

Thanks so much for your help.

Glad I could provide reference to a tool you can utilize if/when needed.

All the best with your continuing site development !!!
