January 24, 2009 at 5:36 pm #288031Yea you must have an active license to use and purchase the copyright removal. As you are not one – you can’t purchase it. If you have purchased a template license it can take some hours to be activated. Although this may be longer at the moment as Joomlart are on a weeks holidays.

What is the problem?
Normally, our system delivers login details instantly after a SUCCESSFUL payment. There are some cases that your payment is NOT SUCCESSFUL and we have to review and process download information manually.- You used ECHECK (Paypal)
- Your Credit card location is different from your IP address
- You used Proxy to make payment
- Your payment was flagged as FRAUD by 2CheckOut or PENDING buy Paypal
What to do next?
- Contact us if you feel your case is not listed above.
- Have you checked your BULK/SPAM email folders?
- If you do not receive any email after 48 hours (4 business days if you use ECHECK). Please contact us with proof of payment (Payment Receipt or Order number)

January 24, 2009 at 6:19 pm #288042you need to purchase a membership first before you can actually proceed with the copyright.
from what i see just under your username and as you state above, you’ve not yet signed up. once you sign up with a membership (JATC or other – not the free one) then you can proceed to purchase tje copyright package.
I know it sounds strange but it’s the way JA presents it’s rules. Just a little patience is required – that’s all.
if you do sign up then you’re joining an ever growing community which actually functions as a community!

I let them go due to issues with getting tech support.I think I may want to re-join/renew, but not sure yet.
if I do I want to join for extentions and templates for a year each.
I’ll do it today. if I can get a discount code
if not…theres always a half dozen other sites that are cheaper that I could join.
But I’m here now..lets do this before I change my mind!

Not everyone is sleeping at the same time. MiCCAS is awake to help if I am sleeping. Moreover, the payment & download does not sleep 🙂
However, I believe all renewal from existing customers get a discount package from the Member Area.
February 15, 2009 at 3:48 pm #291573well, I didnt renew my previous package (1 yr templates) but I bought the extension pack instead, and it didnt offer a discount.
if a discount is available for me on a template pack , let me know, cuz I will join, if no discount, then maybe I will pass on it for now.
