I´having serious issues with the JA-news2 module.

A) When it is placed in the first position of a moduleplace in the joomlawebsite, my site goes is only showing a white space. a temporary solution to this problem was by removing JAnews2 from the content bottom module position to the content top module position, located under the JAnews frontpage module. So everything looks ok on the site and it does not go blanco.

B) I have automated articles coming in via rss feeds. they do show up in the JA news- frontpage module, however they do not show up in the JA news2 module. Manually inserted content-items do show up in the JA news2 module.

C) I´m having a bit of an issue using the Kayako support ticketsystem…. your support-itérs do not seem to understand the issue, do not seem to login and have a look and for example state that I have the old Ja-news module and that I should use JAnews2; I have installed JA News2 and completely removed janews for more then a few months now…

I saw that your site is using the old version of the teline 3. please kindly upgrade your template with lastest version, may be the problem will be fixed.

When you completed this task, i’ll come back your site and check the problem in detail
