Hi, Does anyone know why some of the visitors to my site are reporting seeing a standard JAT3 wrapper when they view some pages, seems to be happening in Firefox (PC) and iPads… here is a screen shot:

I have checked the problem on FireFox browser but i don’t get the error you have mentioned, see the screenshot

Hi
the problem is very sporadic, seems to occur on different pages on different browsers.

I guess this is to do with the mobile version of the template? is there a way I can switch off the mobile detection functionality?

I tried to check the problem on your site with iPad, see the screenshot

I could not get the problem your mention, maybe you need to clear cache on your device and check it again.
