I am wondering if JA Purity II J2.5 & JAT3 Blank are missing RTL support have a look at:

I just downloaded JA Purity II J2.5 & JAT3 Blank, installed locally both don’t seem supporting RTL
and both are missing LTR/RTL option under Administration>Profiles sections, see image below

Even though J1.5 for both doing it perfectly … can u please guide me how to implement it?

Joomla 2.5 allows you to switch to RTL by configuring language file, please follow this thread for more details: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/right-to-left-rtl/#post-463405

I’m sorry about that, changing RTL language in Joomla 2.5 is different from Joomla 1.5, you need to change in xml in language folder. Let me make en-GB as example, please open file: languageen-GBen-GB.xml find this parameter:
<rtl>0</rtl>
change it to:
<rtl>1</rtl>
Once done, clean JAT3 cache.
