I have NEVER had so many problems with a framework as what I have experienced with JAT3!!
You make changes to your css files (or whatever), upload them, clear the browser cache, clear the JAT3 Cache, Do Maintenance to clear and Purge the Joomla Cache, and the changes STILL don’t show!!
After about an hour or 2 of working on the site, all of a sudden the changes appear!

This is honestly one of the worst (and most frustrating) frameworks I’ve ever had to use!!
AAAAARGH!!!!!

Hello creativedesigns,

We do feel your pain. The issue may probably result from the in-proper configuration with JAT3 and JA Teline IV.
We would like to offer help, however, would need more info on the site you are working on, for e.g.: the site URL, admin access, your template version, JAT3 version, etc…
