-I want to use a JA template on one domain for my company website.
-I want to remove “Designed by JoomlArt.com” on the footer and just put “copyright my company”
-I want to change the logo picture in the template to my company logo.

Can I do this with JATC standard membership 3 month?
If yes, can I still continue using JA template on my company website after my membership expires?

Yes and yes, you can edit/change the logo as you want, edit the copyright in footer to your company copyright there, but designed by yourcompany is not allowed.
And you can use the template after your membership have expired.
