    Hello,

I can not do a rolling back from JAEM
I think there is a problem with rights.

But the folders and files in web/new/administrator/components and in web/new/libraries/ are in 777
    I really don’t understand…

    OK, thanks for you reply.

This is a problem with the ftp layer ?

I made new test with the fpt layer enabled.
    But I still got a error :

Warning: fopen(/home/www/88f713b69e9666e8466e69535bceeda4/web/test2/administrator/components/com_jaextmanager/jaupdater.com_jaextmanager.xml) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/www/88f713b69e9666e8466e69535bceeda4/web/test2/administrator/components/com_jaextmanager/lib/jaupdater/core/bean/Products.php on line 248

    Update :

message from the website’s host :

Your script tries to perform an action on the directory “/ ” which is the root of the server, which of course is not accessible.

The root directory of your accommodation is “/ home/www/88f713b69e9666e8466e69535bceeda4” and your site “/ home/www/88f713b69e9666e8466e69535bceeda4/web.

The question is why does the module in question does not test in the directory on your site.

    What can I do?

    Update 2 :
message from the website’s host :

The module seeks to access / ,the server root, and it is strictly prohibited.

Changing the values of open_basedir will change nothing.
Either this module is misconfigured, or its code contains a syntax error.

Indeed, the / should be replaced by / home/www/88f713b69e9666e8466e69535bceeda4/web/installation_directory_joomla
