Occasionally our demo severs get overloaded with view requests – these are usually temporary.

So far your demo servers and the entire site seems to have been overloaded on and off for a few days solid now – at least.

From your point of view you probably think i’m whinging – but from my point of you your demo server is perpetually thowing up internal errors and I can’t download and of the templates.

When I used to be a developer member even just a few months ago there were never any problems like this that I can recall – and I used to be on the website practically every day for the 1 year duration.

Can you sort it out please because clearly it is not a temporary thing at all.

My download counter is counting 12+ failed download attempts over the last 40 minutes.

What is the best time to try to download a file? I was rather hoping I could download something now.

Please, try to remain calm . . . it’s almost as though you’re insinuating that this is some kind of conspiracy against you – which is completely absurd.

Server overload is most definitely a temporary issue – otherwise we would likely be out of business due to (as you assert) “perpetually” defective servers – both demo and download. Clearly this is not the case …. though occasional overload issues DO occur from time to time – and we are always relatively quick to resolve such issues.

Servers are up and running . . . Appreciate your patience.
