Hi Folks,
I am having a problem trying to update template files. I started with JAExtension Manager which failed with the following error message:
Warning
Warning: File /var/www/vhosts/ticknalllife.co.uk/httpdocs/tmp/com_jaextmanager.v2.6.0.zip not uploaded for security reasons!

Error
Archive does not exist
Unable to find installation package

and then the template manager which gave a similar message.

What am I missing?

Hi there
Have you tried install update package via Joomla! Installer ?

Hi Viet,
I have now – and both packages uploaded and installed without an issue.

Presumably the problem is with the JA Extension Manager, but it leaves me unable to use the extension manager features such as rollback. Do you have any ideas how this can be resolved?
