    Adding the web behind a Sophos firewall.

    JAunirvesty template was not recognized behind a Sophos firewall.
    when the property Form hardening was applied the template is not working

    Form hardening: Protects against web form rewriting. Form hardening saves the original structure of a web form and signs it. Therefore, if the structure of a form has changed when it is submitted the WAF rejects the request.

    Hi,

    Seems as the style in https://embanickuwait.cancilleria.gob.ni/ site could not load when you enable Sophos firewall. You can enable Sophos firewall and pm me Admin login backend of your site and FTP account. I will help you to check it further.

    Now the web page is behind Sophos firewall., check your message and please remove the url.

    Did you check?, please confirm,

    It is very important for us, we do not want believe the template has malicious code.

    I login with user/password provided but I could not check the problem from backend of your site

    I’m noticed with this message:

    You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.

    How can I turn off/on Sophos firewall on your site? I will check the problem directly on that.

    To tell Mr. Alexander Tellez, you are from Joomlart staf, and asks him if He could remove the Sophos firewall for a moment to solve the problems about template styles in the webpage https://embanickuwait.cancilleria.gob.ni.

    Mr. Alexander Tellez is my boss and he need the email to remove the firewall, the email is only a requirement

    Before asking your boss changes the configuration Sophos firewall, you can try to change the configuration from backend of your site as

    + Go to Admin site -> Template Manager -> Ja_University_t3 – Default -> Optimize CSS and Optimize JS to OFF, see the screenshot
