getting javascript error on IE7 using Ja Nichel Template

    1)Object expected error
    Line 379
    Char 2

2)Null is Null or not an objec
    Line 151
    Char 13

Why creating nice looking templates if they are not compatible with our browsers?

Hope one of you got the same issue – please share your solution.
    Thanks.

I wouldn’t be so quick to blame the issue on your JA template. IE7 is known to have issues loading javascript, many consider it to be a bug in the browser software.

Regardless, even if the issue is with the JA code, it must be realized that Joomla templates are just a starting block for building websites. Considering they are open source and cost is almost always minimal, there shouldn’t be much to complain about!

A quick google search brought up several topics regarding issues similar to yours.

    Here’s one…maybe it will help: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=1454983
