    I installed the Ja Comment Component with the Ja Portfolio template. It all looks good but when I post a comment I get a javascript error and the page doesn’t refresh. The error is “response.data is null or not an object”. The comment does indeed get posted and if I refresh the page I do see it.

    I tried it in both IE 8 and FireFox 3.6 on a PC and the error was consistent on both.

    I still don’t have a resolution for this. I’ve provided my site login but have never heard a reply.

    I saw this post and I think my problem is similar

    I checked my settings and I do not have a check on view email only.

    Other ideas?

    You posted a lot of duplicated tickets and you said that I can disregard them. So I closed all duplicated tickets and you can now follow this link http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/75327 for progress of the problem.

    I have a similar problem, I post a comment and the orange loading box comes up, but the comment doesnt post adn the loading box doesnt go away.

    When I refresh the comment is there though. Can you fix this for me?

    I just updated my details on that ticket but I’m on my iPhone so I hope it worked.

    Your language file lacked some “languages”. I added them into the file. And it worked fine.

    Note that they will be applied for new posts. The old ones won’t be changed.

    I also set default timezone to “Australia/Melbourne” for your site. The issue occurs because the timezone isn’t set on your server.
