I am trying to get the AviaSlider jQuery slideshow to work inside of an article on the home page. To load the js in the head I installed Easyheader 17v22. I can see all the correct js in the header and placed the html within the article. I can see the ul and li with the images, but it won’t load the js.

I made a test.html at http://utemplate.com/test.html and the script works there. I copied the exact header and html from this page and placed it in the article and plugin, but it won’t load.

http://utemplate.com, you can see the gif that’s in the background is just spinning.

I ended up going with another javascript slider without a js library. I can almost guarantee this was a jQuery/mootools conflict. I tried this: http://api.jquery.com/jQuery.noConflict/ .. but still couldn’t get it to work correctly.
