Have some problem with a gray bar. see picture and code

If i hit an article which is part of a category it shows up a gray bar between componentheading and the jazin-title.
Problem is the jazin-pagedesc. I though of setting the Description to Hide and
Image Description to Hide for category blog.

But the bar is still there. Any help?!

code for output is line 16 to 25 in html/com_content/category/blog.php
