Sorry to inform you, but I’ve been working with Teline since it’s first release in 2007. If you see the demo page and instalation instructions for Teline is right there (please check before reply).

Dear soaresa,

JA Zin plugin in teline is used for auto menu generation. It has nothing to do with the image resize or any other function. Here is the quote from JA Zin Plugin Description.

Go to http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?p=49647 for more information</blockquote>You should be checking the setting of JA News 2 module or JA news frontpage module, they have inbuilt image resize option, show / hide read more and much more….

You can install quickstart of Teline III to your localhost and compare the default settings of these two modules. You also might want to remove resized image from images/resized folder, so that fresh thumbnails based on your settings can be generated. Best is to rename the resized folder and make new folder with resized name. In case of any issues, you can always replace back the resized thumbnail folder.

Also make sure the Thumbnail plugin is installed and enabled.
