Teline IV, Joomla 1.6.3 and the latest JCK.
When I want to edit the article (or create new) the JCK editor doesn’t run. I have only plain text in edit window without the editor icons.
Other editors TinyMCE, JCE without troubles.

You need to debug to confirm the issue. >>
1. Disable the T3 optimization in the backend. Refresh frontend and try again. Check source to make sure you can see the individual js files.
2. Check dom for JS conflicts if any.

I have disabled the T3 optimization, but with no luck. I don’t know how to check DOM for JS conflicts. On the link are information, that have nothing to do with my problem.
What now please?
