I’ve configured JEvents to show tooltip and pop-up in list and calendar view but it’s not showing. The modules show alright. Any help?

A screen shot or link would be helpful.
i encountered this problem recently and all that was wrong was my tooltip was coming behind the calendar. This is a known issue with jEvents in their forums as well.
You can confirm for me please this is a JA template problem by switching to a standard template like Beez and reporting if the same effect is seen there as well.

It’s a problem with the template. The tool tip appears behind the calendar.

Yes, I’ve BEEZ. The tooltip works fine on BEEZ, but not on the JA Community Plus template.

I’ve recently dealt with this same issue with a private client of mine and the issue was Jevents. If you have asked in their forums, have their latest version installed and still feel this is an issue with JA, then I advise you to file a ticket so the DEV’s at JA may take a look.
