This appears to be a chronic issue whenever I install Joomla on any server lately. It’s pretty annoying. Anyway, I know it has something to do with permissions, but I don’t know where.

Here is a snapshot of the new installation showing the error:

Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
