Hi,
I have a file permissions problem, I’m trying to install components, plugins and modules but I keep getting the error:
“JFolder::create: Could not create directory”

I know it must be a file permissions problem but I’m unsure which directories to change and what to change them to.

Please can someone advise.

login your admin and click help >> system informations, directories permission, need to CHMOD writeable all directories. (writeable green color).
and your check your host via php informations SafeMOD function is Off.
