Anyone have any ideas why this is displaying at the frontend of my site???

It does not always show and I can see no pattern to it and it can also be a different error message????

That is a server issue I think. The ftp is trying to create a directoyr but for some reason the srver is not allowing it. For that one you would need to check the error logs on the server or enable the full debug on Joomla to get more information as to what is going on.
