I’ve attempted to upload the Ironis template twice and this is the error I receive.

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to solve it.

Hi Tamaras!
What file are you attempting to upload. If it is in a zip package it may need to be unzipped.
Please verify the file you are using.

Hi Blaine

I tried that earlier, but when I unzip it, I can’t select the folder, I have to select each file in each folder. This is cumbersome and time consuming and leaves room for error. I can’t believe this would be the way it should work.

I need to know what package you downloaded and tried to install please. Was it the Quickstart package? The template only? Maybe you can provide that please.
Here is a link on how to install the Quickstart package if that is what you used.
