I checked your site and found you already installed the template .
beside this , quickstart package is standalone package and install separately just like u installed Joomla on Fresh DB .
Here is documentation for how to install quickstart package .

Check Quickstart installation in the Doc.

thank you. also, several of the extensions in the packet cannot be uploaded

Hey, i am back to the original problem. i have loaded the correct modules and some extensions. but other have had trouble with. This time i am trying to load ja countdown module

https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/joomla-extensions/ja-countdown-module/

i tried to download and got JInstaller: :Install: Can’t find XML setup file.
Error
Unable to find install package

(also note the date on the download file has a type and reads Jan 01, 1970)

please advise

Kindly unzip the file 1.07 and then installed the package that is inside this zip file .
For the update date i sent report to concern department to fix it .
