Hi,

My job alert is sending the email but not delivering jobs. It just lists the categories and locations defined in the job alert form but no actual jobs. This is a screenshot of one of the email alerts I’m getting as jobseeker:

How do I get to receive a list of published jobs in the job alert?

Now, please make sure that Jobalert email is enabled in Email Template manager.

Hi Environc,

Please backup first. You should update via JAEM component, it will keep all most of your modification and setting. After done , please re-save setting of JA Jobboard component.

You should upgrade JA products via JAEM http://yourdomain.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_jaextmanager
