Hi,

My job alert is just sending every new job, regardless of filtering (category, location, etc) the jobseeker enters. How do I get to have the alerts to send ONLY the jobs that match the criteria.

Dear Environc,

The Job alert feature sends jobs that match the criteria of Jobseeker’s alert. For your issue, either the Jobs system is working wrong or you have a missing step. Please create a new jobs alert and check again. If the issue persist, please get back to me with your site login info for further checks.

I remember that feature was working well on your site earlier.
