    Hi there,

Please cross check at your end as the job alert issue has been solved now.

By the way, we has detected some errors rooted from your upgrading as below:

    – your site is using Job Board version 1.3.3 whereas the associated database miss a certain updated files for version 1.3.3 and version 1.3.0. For example:
+ the table ja_jobalerts miss two fields job_author and job_distance

To ensure that your database shall be updated to the version 1.3.3 also, please compare with sql files available within our package file and check if changes across sql files have been updated to your database or not. If not, please run sql commands to update.

    Hi again,

Please go to form customization/job form/distance label and change “km” to “miles” as you wish.

Thanks for the info, but the distance part isnt working. We can get the different selections to come up, but they do not work. When you put the miles part it it doesnt seem to pull anything in from that area. So…we cant seem to find the code that determines the distance…and also…how does it determine the users location…is it geo coding or is from the users profile? We need to get this working as soon as we can. Thanks for all your help!

    Hi there,

As previously clarified, this error is due to the inconsistency between the database and the current version of Job board you are using because you has not used the normal reinstallation method to uprade.

Thus, to prevent various errors due to this conflict,
+ Please track down all database tables and supplement missing fields
+ Or keep us informed on the data information via help ticket ID#EPS-426444 so that we can cross check and help you solve the issue as soon as possible
