Hello

We install the component and we have a problem.

– The joobsekker can’t edit the resume.
“Error Access denied. You don’t have permission”

– In the backend the administrator can’t edit resumes (the same error)

Dear abacocreacion,

We can’t access to your Admin area with the given account. Please check and give us again by editing your post.

You can check “edit resume” permission for jobseeker in:
/administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=japermission&usergroup=user => Edit user => Enable edit resume

Your admin account must be in “Super Adminstrator” group to access and edit resume in BackEnd.

Sorry the acces data are incorrect, we edit the administrator data in the post, check it again please.

We also looked in “Subscriptions “jobseeker default package” but we can´t see this option ,

Yes our accunt is super-admin, but we can’t edit resumes in backend.

1. Edit resume permission:

Sorry for the mistake, the permission name is “Post Resume”

2. Edit Resume in Admin
=>
We have checked on your site. Admin still can edit resume in:
/administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jacandidates => View Resumes

Thanks for your answer and sorry foy my english.
1. The job seeker default subcriptions have all the options marked (included post resume), for example the user “demotrabajador” with the past “demoth” have the post resume right, but can’t edit his resume in his frontend ja board joobseeker area. Could you check it please?.

2. – Yes now in the backend. administrator can edit the resumes. Do you configure somethig? or not changes?

We have fixed on your site already. The problem came from our source code.

2. Edit Resume in Admin area
=>
We didn’t change any things, it still works.
