JobBoard 1.4.4 has been released, it fixes the issues reported with JB 1.4.3.

• Check the Changelog HERE.
• Compare the files between the two Versions HERE.
• Read more about using JA Extensions Manager Component to update your JB Version. Watch Video on this extension usage.
• Read the WIKI page for Upgrade info (Updated).

Please take due backup of your site before you try to upgrade.

We’re looking for a SEF URL solution for JA Job Board but, unfortunately, as the older ones the new version (1.4.4) does not support this functionality without problems with the SEF components Joomsef, Acesef and sh404sef.

Although some URLs are correctly converted (like user and employer registration), we found problems in:
– ‘Employer List Layout’ page: the URLs of the links to the companies listed are not converted correctly and don’t work at all
– Apply Job form: when the user clicks the Send button, the loading icon appears but notthing happens, although the form is processed.

Do you have any sugestion or solution about SEF URLs in JA Job Board?

Hi there,

Please see my replies as below

1/ JA Jobboard does not work well with the components handling SEF url and this will be updated to better work in the 1.5 version.
2/ For ‘Employer List Layout’ & ‘Apply Job form’, please give me url, ftp account for direct fix.
