Hi guys,

me again:-[

When a Jobseeker registers he has an option to be mailed when a job is posted in his category. We tried posting something in a subcategory and no mail was sent.

We then tried it in the main category and unfortunatly again no mail was sent. Was does work is the Mail Me Jobs from the Jobseeker menu, but then the user has tu manually save a search.

Any way we can resolve this issue ?

The JobAlert function support to send match jobs in matched categories that Jobseeker declare in JobAlert Search Form. We need some improvement that support to send jobs in sub categories.

Hi,

thanks for the reply. The jobalert functions works fine here, also with the sub-categories. But there is also a notification function that you can active when registering as a jobseeker, and that doesn´t seem to have an effect ?

Hi danielclaeys,

After registering as a JobSeeker, the register function will send 2 emails: Register successful and Register as JobSeeker successful.
What’s email type that you say about?
