Installed JA Social for Joomla 1.6. Installed JOMSocial 2.2.2. I have the following problem

Problem :- I created a test user in JOMSocial. I logged into JOMSocial using that testuser. Now when I go to other menu, say the Features menu and come back to JOMSocial, the testuser is not logged in. I have to relogin that user again. What could the issue be?

I see the same behavior in the demo ja social1.6 site. Here is how you can simulate the problem. Create a user lets say testuser in JOMSocial. Its fine. Then move away from that tab to say the “FEATURES” tab and go back to the JOMSocial. It will not remember your testuser login and will ask you to login again.

Really appreciate if somebody can answer this question ASAP. I am new to Joomla and trying various things but losing patience at the moment..

It’s a cache issue.
Please turn off cache to solve this issue temporarily.

You can fix it by putting line

component=com_community
in Cache Exclude.
