Hi

This is not a template issue but a Joomla problem , i enabled log to show you wich file has problem try to download a new Joomla package and override the file with a correct one

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’ in ../../../layouts/joomla/sidebars/submenu.php on line 51
