Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but have been having an issue with this for quite some time.
Despite being a paid customer for JomSocial Professional, I am unable to access the download area at Jomsocial.com. When I enter my email address and Order reference number, I get a message saying that the purchase records cannot be found and I need to contact billing@jomsocial.com.
I sent them the payment confirmation email on this email address and also logged a ticket on their support forum, but haven’t received any response from them for a few days now. Also tried calling their US and Malaysia office, but was just greeted with a voice mail.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? What is the general response time for JomSocial support forum?
Also, does the download link at Jomsocial.com expire after a few days of purchase? If yes, how does one upgrade to the latest version of JomSocial?
Apologies if this is not the right forum to ask this question (I understand this is a problem related to my JomSocial purchase), but am putting this on this forum just to know if there are others who have faced a similar issue.
