I just tried to download quickstart of this JA Platon template with sample data, then install Jomsocial 4.2.4 version but all goes fine.

Which steps did you proceed to see the error?

I’ve done this ( reinstalling jomsocial ) but the jomsocial toolbar menu doesn’t appear . I dont now why the jomsocial toolbar menu don’t apear . Please advice.

this issue was fixed adding new field "params" on table "__community_fields_values" the field type is "text"
