    I’m using Joomla 3.2 and JomSocial 3.1.0.4 (latest) and I’m having a problem that the JomSocial support team has traced to a conflict with JA Mitius.

    They’ve determined this by setting a different template (Protostar) as default and showing that it works fine under that template:

    What I’m seeing is this in Mitius:

    What they see when set to Protostar:

    Please help me find the culprit and get the Events section of my site working smoothly again. As admin, I can add the Description field in the administrator — but that doesn’t help my users trying to create events from the front-end. I only mention this, so that you know that the database field is operational — it’s just missing its form field in the Create Event form on the front-end.

    @synapsis,

    JomSocial seems not to allow compress JS. When I disable Optimized JS option in the template manager, it works fine.

    This may be something the developers would want to know about for inclusion in the next update. Thank you for the temporary solution though!
