Hi

I’m new to JA but have been working with joomla and jomsocial for a while now. I’m using Sulfur with the very latest version of jomsocial and I’m experiencing problems with the photo album feature of jomsocial.

I can upload photos without any problems but when I click to view an uploaded image jomsocial is supposed to greet me with a photo gallery and slide show of the images contained in the album. But there seems to be a bug with the sulfur template that is preventing this from happening.

Ive been in contact with jomsocial and they advise me that this is a template issue and I should first look here for support. I have to agree with them because the jomsocial default templates work fine.

Please advise where to send my website url as I don’t like posting it in the forums.

Dear cgmills,

You can raise a support ticket at http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit . Try to provide all the login details including ftp so that the same can be used to verify the problem and solve it.

I have submitted the info to the Bug Tracker also. http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCSULFUR-89

Your issue is exist when you use the latest version of jomsocial and our old template of jomsocial
