Good morning Saguaros,

Please what particular access do you need to resolve this problem?

1. The ftp access I have given is to the root of the site and should allow you access any directory you need.

2. Similarly, the admin access is administrator access to allow you access the site fully from the backend.

Your site doesn’t load the MooTool so it caused issue, I just edited the file: templates/ja_telinev/tpl/blocks/head.php

By adding this at line 45: JHtml::_('behavior.framework');
