I have installed the quickstart version of the JA Social template and also installed the JomSocial component.

The ja_social template for JomSocial does not display correctly. I have downloaded the template again from your site and reinstalled it, but still have a problem. Please see attached image.

I assume you’re trying to utilize the latest JomSocial version – v2.2 – correct? If so, then might I suggest you reading through the following established threads dealing with this issue . . . .
