I upload Jomsocial 4.1.6 and the toolbar is non existent? I can see others have had a similar issue, but no fix, other than hacking core files has been found?

Kindly edit your first post and submit your site super user admin details for Staff/Mods to check this issue on your site .

On your site i did not found any community Menu items . These are auto created when u install Jomsocial . but here it seems either you deleted them are they are not created . http://prntscr.com/au0ukt
Kindly create the Jomsocial toolbar with same name as they come .
You can also check the same with default Joomla template and see how it goes , this is something wrong with the JS Setthigs on site .
