January 7, 2012 at 5:19 am #172529I have an error on my Ja_tiris template. I have two modules Ja Slideshow2 and a Twitter module enabled above my cart.
When I click an item or put an item into my cart the slidehsow and twitter modules are still enabled above the item.I have verified that the modules are only enabled on the homepage.
I searched through every configuration option in Joom Shopping and I cant figure out how to disable these items when a item is selected. Here is the link to my website http://www.beautyapparel.ca/Can someone please give me a hand. I have been at this for a couple of days and I cant figure it out.

January 8, 2012 at 6:48 pm #433013Thank you for the link. What I did to get it working was assign the template in the menu item. This worked for me and I dont see the slideshow or the twitter feed when I click the item or the category.

January 8, 2012 at 7:10 pm #433014I only have one more issue. It seems the slideshow is slightly bigger than the body of the website. I tried to change the css file and the size of the slideshow but nothing seems to be working. I did not change anything from the original install. The link is http://www.beautyapparel.ca/

I’m so dumb sometimes! Link was already in the thread. :-[
See what you mean. In template manager look in the profiles and see what the width of the template is. I think it should be specified and at 1000px. My test system is off at the moment so I can’t play but I seem to recall if this was set to anything other than 1000px the same problem occurred.
Hope that helps and it is not something more complicated.

Otherwise you can always adjust the size of the slideshow in its properties under extensions/modules.

January 8, 2012 at 7:35 pm #433020your main-inner1 div class is at 970px wide. Either increase that or change the slideshow to match it then you should be ok.

January 8, 2012 at 7:38 pm #433021Thank you for your quick reply. I have tried every option possible. I changed the website width, changed the slideshow width, add a margin to the main-inner1 css class in template.css. Nothing is working for me. I have already spent to much time trying to find the error. If someone has seen this before can you please point me in the right direction.

January 8, 2012 at 7:42 pm #433022I never set a value for the main-inner1 div class. The width of that comes from the tempate width of 1000px.
It looks like when the jat3 css files are createdswissa Friendswissa

January 8, 2012 at 8:00 pm #433024Sorry, I can’t be of more assistance. My knowledge isn’t where I’d like it to be yet.
I’d suggest though posting a new thread with this specific problem.
Best of luck and hope one of the more experienced guys is able to help.
