Just want to know if the 1.5.9 joomla core files are modified in the quickstart package?
I ask, because with modified core files, upgrading Joomla become a problem…..

AFAIK Joomlart uses the current latest available build of Joomla straight from Joomla without modifications, If you mean has J1.59 had any core modifications over previous versions check with Joomla.org for their updated list of features for that build

i think he meant if JA uses the official Joomla release or did they make changes to the core code of Joomla. So yea, I think they don’t make modifications to the core code. They only install the templates, modules, components etc on the official Joomla release and make changes to the database.
