It’s indeed a great pleasure for me to enjoy your service for since last several months.
I’ve been using JA Teline IV for last 5-6 months for a Bangla News Portal. Everything was going fine except last month. I faced a problem in last month that the site’s homepage was not showing properly; many of the modules were not seen. I thought the host may had some fault and thus I shifted the host to a renowned web host provider’s server. But since yesterday I’m facing the same type of problem. Many of modules of front page are missing but it’s okay if you browse further to other link pages. I tried Firefox, Comodo Dragon/Googe Chrome where 2-3 modules are showing and I can see only the logo in Internet Explorer 8.
This is my first ever post in here as I always try to solve the problems by my own. But right now this is beyond my capacity and I don’t want to revert back my site using previous backup. I need the solution and want to know the exact problem.
One more thing- I disabled ‘footer’ module and made another module titled ‘footer2’ where copyright information relating Joomlart has been provided as part of policy of the service.
