joomla released security updates 1.6.1 to 1.6.2

how do i updates 1.6.1 to 1.6.2.. i check their procedure which is too hard for me to follow

is there any EZ way to upgrades?

I am not sure if the link helped you. When I just checked it it went to wrong page, it may be because of new admintools version release. You can find the latest Admin Tools at https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/admintools.html
