Is this template compatible with Joomla 1.6? I was planning on using it for a Joomla 1.5 site, but now that 1.6 is out, I wanted to update my core Joomla install. Before I spend my time doing this, I just wanted to confirm if it is compatible with Joomla 1.6. Thanks!

How do you migrate your site over to a 1.6 install? Do you install upgrade your template to the new template and then upgrade to Joomla 1.6?

The database will be the same, so the data should be there right?

Take a look at the Joomla 1.6 docs regarding migration and also look at the migration tools available on the JED. It can be a complicated task so you really need to do some research first.
